BBC Surviving Disaster - Chernobyl
When the Soviet Union gave their initial report to the world community about what happened at Chernobyl, nearly all of the blame was placed with the crew operating the reactor. The man responsible for the investigation and report was Valerey Legasov. His investigation actually revealed design flaws in the reactor itself, but the government pressured him not to reveal these flaws. He felt so much guilt over this omission that he committed suicide two years later. This is a re-enactment of the events that lead up to the Chernobyl meltdown, based on Legasov's report.
